It was down to the final round at The Heritage and most fans were hoping to see Luke Donald make his rise to be the #1 golfer in the world. However, this wasn’t exactly how Bradnt Snedeker saw things happening. After shooting his second lowest career score in the final round he came out shinning and with a shiny new trophy. Who took over that #1 position? That glorified position was given back to Lee Westwood after his win on Sunday at the Indonesian Masters. Martin Kaymer was able to maintain an 8 week trial at that position only to give it back to Westwood on Sunday.
Does this mean the end of the road for The Heritage? Without a sponsor and another no name golfer taking the title it doesn’t look promising that this popular Tour stop will regain it’s spot unless it is able to find a title sponsor.
